This Diva, was a tomboy growing up! Angelie did things like, building forts, riding bikes, playing in the dirt and climbing trees, which is not surprising given the fact she was growing up around three step-brothers and a brother.
Angelie's acting career actually started when she LOST a local beauty contest. However,a casting director, who happened to be judging the event, knew true talent and beauty when he saw it. He signed her to appear in a CBS Special called Not My Kid and shortly thereafter, she was cast as Annette Funicello's daughter in a Disney TV movie of the week. Angelie's parents were not sure though, of how the acting world would affect her, and pulled her out of it. Although she was heartbroken, Angelie held on to her dream.
Several years later, a friend nominated Angelie for her school's"Sweetheart Princess" and she emerged victorious! This victory brought back her confidence and Angelie became a cheerleader, joined leadership groups, was elected School Treasurer and even "Sweetheart Queen". This was a just a small indication of what was to come.
Since moving to Hollywood about four years ago to pursue acting full-time, Angelie has steadily built her television credits to include such popular shows as Baywatch, Baywatch Nights , Dave's World, Renegade, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Profiler, Married with Children, Pacific Blue and Murder One. Angelie has been featured on the silver screen, in releases such as, Barb Wire, Spawn, and Space Jam as well as body doubling for famous actress Tia Carrere.
