This Diva is working hard to acheive her goals!
Born, in the small town of Torreira, Portugal Celia was the first of three girls. Her parents had a real life Romeo-Juliet story, as they had to fight their families to be with one another.
Even, as a little girl, Celia already had stars in her eyes. Her grandmother recalls, Celia asking to be "sent there" whenever she watched Television. She already seemed to be preparing herself, as she loved cameras and having people take her picture.
After 10 years of living in Portugal, Celia's father moved to the United States, so her mother could be closer to her family there. As she grew older, her continued love of the camera led to work with the family photographer. Things really picked up after this, as Celia was involved the Venus swimwear contest for four years. During that time, she met many great people and learned a lot.
