This Diva has fast become one of fitness modeling's most popular stars!
To say that Cristy was diversified in High School would be an understatement. She was a cheerleader, a drama coach, AND competed in the National Forensics League! On top of all that Cristy won Miss Congeniality in the Miss Stringtown Ruritan pageant! There would however, be a bump in her road to success.
While attending Eastern Kentucky University, things settled down a bit. Cristy won several bikini contests in the downtown clubs, but there wasn't much else going on, and she began getting burned out on school. The future fitness star decided to take time off and got a job as bank teller. Unfortunately, sitting behind a desk for a year caused the formerly active Cristy to gain a bit of unwelcome weight. However, a positive was just around the corner.
An acquaintance of Cristy's (who would later become a very good friend), convinced her to try a kickboxing class she was teaching. Initially, Cristy didn't seem to be getting the results she had hoped for and was considering quitting. It was just about that time that the weight seemed to disappear. Cristy found herself with more strength, endurance and energy! Those results were very encouraging and she has been doing it for three years now. A short time after starting kickboxing, Cristy began weight training and the fine form we've come to know and love, began to take shape. In addition to her physical turnaround, Cristy also returned to school and will soon get her degree. Very impressive to say the least! Now I know what you'd find impressive.
