This Diva's hard work has really paid off!
The framework for Jen's later accomplishments would start early on her life. Jen's younger years saw her participate in basketball, softball, soccer and track, the beginning of an active lifestyle that would pay huge dividends down the road. Later in high school Jen would get involved in volleyball and her all-time favorite, the swim team! It was during Jen's last year of high school that her journey truly began. She joined her first gym and immediately fell in love with it, beginning a regular program five times a week!
When Jen first attended a bodybuilding show, her future began to take shape. Jen was so motivated by the great athletes competing that day, she herself wanted to compete. There was one problem however: stage fright! However Jen used the same determination to overcome this obstacle, that she had used to hone her own physique. In her very first outing, Jen surpassed her own expectations by placing in the contest earning 4th in the Figure Short division. As you should know by now, she recently met another goal by appearing in American Curves, the same magazine many of her idols appeared in.
