This Diva has had a lifetime passion for fitness!
Right from the start, Sheri was not only involved in every sport from volleyball to track and field, but took jazz, tap and ballet lessons 5 days a week! We're out of breath just thinking about that flurry of activities! This was even BEFORE she hit High School folks!
After reading that it should come as no shock that Sheri was involved in a gym leadership program in High School. It was through this program that Sheri got involved with weight training. That of course led to Sheri sculpting the fine form we all know and love! Being the warm-hearted folks we are, we figured we'd spread that love with some great photos of Sheri, just for you!
