This Diva keeps herself quite busy! Originally born on an Army Base in Louisiana, Taimie's family moved back to Arizona shorlty thereafter, where the rest of her family was located.
As a young girl Taimie's passion was dancing. She participated in ballet, tap, gymnastics, and even hula! Her high school dance instructor then inspired her to join the Phoenix Jazz Company. At the same time, she was studying drama and grabbing most the leads in her school plays! Sound like a lot? Not for this dynamo! Taimie had to become a teacher's aide because she accelerated the courses!
In 1990, Taimie traveled to L.A. with a friend and fell in love with the city. She gave up ger Paradise Valley, AZ home and moved into a Hollywood apartment. Her loved of dancing lead her to take a job at the Hollywood Tropicana(where she had stint as a blonde).
Around this time, what Taimie calls her "zest for life" came out and her wilder side took over! She dated a few rock stars, went to some parties with all the heavy hitters. Taimie notes that she enjoyed watching everyone at the parties and that she got to see a great deal.
Next up, came an opportunity to go to Japan and model. This one was one the most exciting experience's of Taimie's life and she considered it a huge growing experience. Following her return to the U.S., she moved to NY's upper east side briefly, but missed L.A. and returned there.
In deciding what her next move should be, Taimie chose to take acting classes. She then hit the auditon trail and had been been getting steady work since that time(as her impressive resume shows!).
